Business Process Automation
Business Process Automation
Talha Rana builds automation systems that remove repetitive manual work from day-to-day operations — from data syncing between tools to scheduled background tasks.
Many businesses lose hours every week to manual, repetitive tasks — copying data between spreadsheets and other systems, manually triggering the same follow-up emails, or checking on a process that could just run on a schedule. Automating these tasks doesn’t just save time; it removes the human error that comes with repetitive manual work.
Past automation work has included custom digital solutions that reduced manual workloads by up to 70% for consulting clients, alongside improving overall operational efficiency — concrete, measurable time saved rather than a vague promise of "efficiency."
Automation is typically built using webhooks to react instantly to events in one system and trigger an action in another, cron jobs for anything that needs to run on a schedule (daily reports, nightly data syncs, recurring reminders), and data pipelines that move and transform information between different tools and databases reliably.
This is built on the same Node.js backend used across other projects, connecting to whatever systems a business already uses — a CRM, an accounting tool, an internal dashboard, or third-party services like Stripe, Twilio, or SendGrid — so automation fits into existing operations instead of requiring a wholesale system replacement.
Every automation project starts by mapping the current manual process step by step, identifying exactly where time is being lost, before designing the automated replacement — available to businesses in Pakistan and remote clients internationally.
